What types of faux floral arrangements do you offer?
We offer a curated collection of exquisite faux wedding flowers, including bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and other floral accents. Our diverse styles range from classic and romantic to modern and chic, ensuring we have something to complement every wedding vision.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our custom floral designs, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any shipped products. Photos of bouquets are taken prior to shipping and will be sent to each customer.
Any damages, loss, or stolen parcels incurred during the shipping process will not be the responsibility of Forever Yours by Hannah. All claims will be the responsibility of the customer and should be made directly with UPS.
By purchasing bouquets or products from Forever Yours by Hannah, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund, no exchange, and no return policy. While we make every effort to replicate our designs as pictured, all arrangements are subject to the availability of specific floral stems and components. Our vendors may discontinue certain items or we may experience delays beyond our control. In the event of substitution, we will make every effort to replace the item with florals of equal or greater value. Our intention is that any substitutions will maintain the overall color palette, style, and aesthetic of the original design.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. This allows sufficient time for order processing and preparation. While we will do our best to accommodate rush orders, placing your order early ensures availability and allows us to give your arrangements the attention they deserve.
Do you offer custom designs?
Our current collection features a range of beautifully designed arrangements. We offer limited customization options. Please contact us to discuss specific possibilities.
How do I care for my faux floral arrangements?
Faux flowers require minimal maintenance. Simply dust them occasionally with a soft cloth to keep them looking their best. Avoid direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, which may cause the colors to fade over time. Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We ship our arrangements within 6-8 weeks from the time of your order. Shipping costs are included in bouquet pricing.
